KnuKonceptz offers the following domestic delivery options:

  • US Postal Service First Class Package (orders 12oz or less)
  • US Postal Service Priority Mail
  • FedEx Express Saver Two and Three Day Service
  • UPS Ground

Orders shipping to military addresses and US Territories will only ship US Priority Mail

KnuKonceptz offers the following Canadian delivery options:

  • FedEx Ground
  • FedEx Express

All Canada shipments include duty and taxes pre-paid at time of checkout. 

KnuKonceptz offers the following International delivery options:

  • FedEx International Connect Plus (3-5 Days)
  • UPS International Expedited (4-7 Day)
  • US Postal Service Priority Mail (7-14 Days)
  • US Postal Service First Class Package (orders 4 pounds or less)

Orders with different billing and shipping addresses require additional verification procedures and therefore may require longer processing time. This additional verification is in an effort to protect our customers from online fraud.

Unfortunately delays in transit do occur. If your package is running late, typically it is weather related. In the event your package does not have a recent tracking update, please let us and the carrier know.

In the event tracking indicates your package has been delivered, please contact the carrier first.

In case of a damaged package or merchandise lost or damaged due to shipping; notify a representative immediately at [email protected] Keep all packaging and box contents. Further instruction will be given at the time of incident.

If you have a problem with your order, you must report it to us within 5 days of receiving the package. Make sure to keep all packing material and the box incase it was damaged in shipping. Any and all discrepancies will be handled in a timely manner. Our goal is for 100% satisfaction from our customers.

Handling and transit time vary. KnuKonceptz strongly recommends against setting up appointments prior to receiving your order. KnuKonceptz is not responsible for charges incurred from third parties due to late packages or order discrepancy.Â
