All new and unused KnuKonceptz products maybe returned within 30 days of order delivery.

Exchanges

There is no fee for exchanging items, they must however, be new and unopened. All returned items must be shipped prepaid and must have a Return Authorization number (RA #) Those packages without the above will be refused and returned to sender.

Returns

If you ordered the wrong item or the item was not what you thought it would be, it may be returned for exchange or refund. ONLY new, unused items are eligible for refund. Items without or not in their packaging cannot be returned.

Custom length cable: Any cut length cable cannot be returned as each length is specifically cut for a specific order.

Warranty Returns

All KnuKonceptz.com products are protected by our one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase. If for any reason a product fails during the course of that year, simply contact us by email, explaining the problem in detail (a picture may be requested) and a Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be issued. All returns must be shipped prepaid back to KnuKonceptz; KnuKonceptz will provide return shipping to the customer
